My father, Antonio Le Donne immigrated to Canada from a little village called Rosetto Valfortore near Foggia in the Apulian region south of Italy. In 1957 my father opened Capitol Butchers Montreal. For the last 50 years my family has only purchased quality products and ingredients for our store. Our vast collection of food ranges from fresh meats, deli, fine cheeses and specialty products. Our products are from local and European artisan producers. I am delighted to have the opportunity to share with you; my customers the simplicity and exquisite taste of Italian foods. Let me share my knowledge and passion for food with you.
